At Southside Dance Academy, we collect information such as names, email addresses, contact numbers and health/medical details. These are collected to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the dancers in addition to providing up to date information and is used solely for Southside Dance Academy purposes. Any information collected and stored by Southside Dance Academy is provided by the parent/guardian of the child or adult dancer (whereby dancer is 18+) via Google Forms. This information is then stored on the Google Drive Account which only staff of Southside Dance Academy have access to. This is a secure way of storing the data. This information is stored for one month after the client has left Southside Dance Academy and is then subsequently permanently deleted from our database.
We do not share any information with any third parties.

When visitors send us an e-mail or give us their e-mail address using our contact page (https://southsidedanceGLA.wixsite.com/contact) we retain their e-mail address for the purposes of providing our services to you. Our customers shall only be directly contacted via email. However, in the event of an emergency, the emergency contact may be phoned.
If you do not wish to be contacted by Southside Dance Academy anymore, this is the responsibility of the parent/guardian or adult dancer to notify a staff member of Southside Dance Academy.

If you require access or wish to update or change your personal data you have previously disclosed, this is the responsibility of the parent/guardian or adult dancer to notify a staff member of Southside Dance Academy.
